TradeLink vs TradeSyncer: Which futures trade copier fits your accounts?

Short answer: If your prop or personal futures accounts are on Tradovate, TradeLink costs less: $40/month flat for unlimited Tradovate logins and up to 150 accounts, versus TradeSyncer's $49–$149 tiers. If you need Rithmic, TradingView or another non-Tradovate connection today, or a card-required 7-day trial, TradeSyncer is the better fit right now.

What would your setup cost on each?

TradeSyncer prices by connections (broker logins) and accounts per connection. TradeLink charges the same $40 whatever the count, up to 150 accounts. A few common prop-trader setups, using published monthly prices and assuming every account is on Tradovate:

Your setupTradeLinkSmallest TradeSyncer plan that fits
1 login, 8 accounts$40/monthBasic, $49/month
3 logins (for example, three prop firms), 25 accounts$40/monthPro, $99/month (Basic allows only 2 connections)
5 logins, 60 accounts$40/monthFlex, $149/month (Pro allows 4 connections)
Any mix that includes a Rithmic accountNot supported yetDepends on count; Rithmic is supported

TradeSyncer's yearly billing lowers its effective monthly price by up to 30%. Even so, its Basic plan would still cost more than $34/month. See TradeSyncer's current pricing.

Where TradeSyncer has the advantage

Platform coverage is the biggest difference. TradeSyncer lists Rithmic, NinjaTrader, Tradovate, TradingView, Volumetrica, dxFeed and TradeSea. TradeLink connects through Tradovate today, and Rithmic is coming soon. If any account you need to copy is on Rithmic or another non-Tradovate feed, TradeLink can't copy it yet. Don't switch expecting a future integration to be live.

TradeSyncer also has a broader built-in analytics suite, an economic calendar and (on Pro) customizable alerts. TradeLink includes a trade journal with CSV export, which is lighter. If you rely on in-app analytics, try TradeLink's journal before you cancel anything.

Last, TradeSyncer's 7-day trial lets you test before your first charge. TradeLink's offer is aimed at switchers: the first month is free once you've shown proof that you canceled your previous copier.

Which should you choose?

Choose TradeLink if…

Every account you copy is on Tradovate, you run several prop firm logins or more than 20 accounts, and you want one predictable $40 bill with group-level risk rules.

Choose TradeSyncer if…

You need Rithmic, TradingView or another non-Tradovate connection today, depend on deeper built-in analytics, or want a 7-day trial before paying.

Either way, check that your broker and each prop firm allow copy trading on your plan. A copier doesn't remove slippage, rejected orders, account mismatches or the risk of loss.

How to switch from TradeSyncer to TradeLink

  1. List your connections. Write down each broker login and account, and confirm each one is on Tradovate.
  2. Start TradeLink and connect your Tradovate logins. Keep TradeSyncer running but disarm its groups so trades aren't copied twice.
  3. Rebuild one group. Choose the leader, add followers, and set each follower's sizing (1:1, multiplier or fixed).
  4. Add risk rules to match your prop firm limits, such as daily loss and profit targets.
  5. Test small. Place a one-contract trade on the leader and check every follower's fill in Tradovate itself.
  6. Move the remaining groups, then cancel TradeSyncer and send proof of cancellation to claim the switch offer.

Frequently asked questions

Is TradeLink cheaper than TradeSyncer?

At published monthly prices, yes. TradeLink lists one $40/month plan. TradeSyncer lists Basic at $49, Pro at $99 and Flex at $149 per month, and annual billing saves up to 30%. Included connections, accounts and platforms differ, so compare the plan your setup actually needs.

Does TradeLink support Rithmic?

Not yet. TradeLink marks Rithmic as coming soon and connects futures accounts through a Tradovate login today. TradeSyncer lists Rithmic as supported.

Do TradeLink or TradeSyncer offer a free trial?

TradeSyncer publishes a 7-day trial that requires a card and charges on day 7. TradeLink doesn't advertise a standard trial. Traders switching from another paid futures copier get their first month free, plus $20 after the first successful renewal, with proof of cancellation.

Can TradeLink copy trades across 150 accounts?

TradeLink's plan allows up to 150 accounts, subject to supported connections, broker access, and normal order and risk limits. That's a capacity limit, not a promise of identical fills.

Do I need a VPS for either copier?

No. TradeSyncer is marketed as cloud-based with no VPS needed. TradeLink runs server-side, so your browser doesn't need to stay open.

Can I switch from TradeSyncer to TradeLink?

Yes, if every account you copy is reachable through a connection TradeLink supports. Rebuild one group, test it small, confirm sizing and risk rules, then cancel the old service and send proof of cancellation to claim the switch offer.

Copying Tradovate accounts? Try TradeLink for $40/month.

Unlimited Tradovate logins, up to 150 accounts, group-level risk rules. If you're leaving another paid copier, your first month is free.
